Paper Submission to ICFEST 2025

The camera-ready paper in PDF format must be submitted to Microsoft CMT Editorial System. Submission of the manuscript by email or any other mode will not be considered.

All papers must undergo a plagiarism check using Turnitin/Drillbit software prior to submission. The plagiarism level should be below 20%, excluding the bibliography, and only similarities of five consecutive words or more will be considered. Additionally, no more than 2% plagiarism should come from any single source. Papers failing to meet these criteria will be rejected.

Kindly download the template given on the website and prepare the manuscript by strictly following the guidelines given below:

1. Manuscript file must be typed in .doc or .docx format.
2. All figures and tables in the manuscript should be original and of very good quality. Papers containing low-quality figures will be rejected.
3. Mention the author’s name and affiliation clearly. Also include the contact details (E-mail) of the corresponding author.
4. The manuscript should contribute original research ideas, developmental ideas, analysis, findings, results, etc.
5. The manuscript should not have been published in any journals/magazines or conference proceedings and not under review in any of them.
